Local Cellar is a great SF bottle shop that celebrates hand made California Wines alongside craft beer and small-batch spirits. Let's share the local love: come taste Martha Stoumen wines on a lazy Sunday and go home with a few bottles of mine and a new discovery or two!
I'm teaming up with Pamela Busch of The Vinguard and biologist and viticulturist Prudy Foxx to bring you this workshop on growing grapes in California, a classically drought-ridden state. We'll of course be sipping some Martha Stoumen wines while discussing dry farming and other cultural practices that lend themselves to the dry west! Fox and Lion will have pizza available for purchase at the event.
Tickets $15 advance/$20 at the door. For more information or to reserve a space please email firstname.lastname@example.org
My notes for the event are found HERE
Celebrating Rosé! Kronnerburger is prepping some special dishes to go along with the Martha Stoumen Teal Drops Rosé. Teal Drops is a provençal-meets-Lopez-de-Heredia inspired rosé: textured and savory with a super bright core of acid to cut through that delicious Kronnerburger fare. Join us! @ the summer-breezy corner of Piedmont & 41st!
All about Mendocino! We'll be talking about a region I love, Mendocino County, at the Bay Grape Sunday School Summer Vacation Series. C'mon in!
Laura Brennan from INCONNU wines and I will be taking over the entire wine list at Cala in Hayes Valley! Cala will have some Martha Stoumen wines available by the glass that are even sold out here at the winery. We'll be pouring, chatting, and having an all around great time, so come in for dinner!
Reservations recommended, walk-ins welcome
I have the honor of being the first maker to host and speak at the monthly Fareground Dinner! The Fareground is a place for people to deepen their connection to food, community, and sustainability. The Fareground hosts a monthly pop-up dinner in Berkeley, CA. I will be pouring and paring my wines alongside a 3-course meal.
