Dining With Friends x Martha Stoumen

Up in the Pacific Northwest, Courtney Geilenfeldt hosts strangers and friends for her dining series, aptly named “Dining With Friends.” They’re intimate by nature—usually 8-10 guests, and sell out immediately. She’s gained so much popularity, even the Seattle Times suggests you should grab tickets if you can. These gatherings highlight the culmination of two of her most highly-regarded skills: using seasonal ingredients to create vibrant, mostly vegetarian dishes, and her ability to build community. Dining with Friends x Martha Stoumen Collab

When we discovered her a few months ago via mutual friends on Instagram (isn’t that always the way?) We knew we had to work together—our wines feel most at home around shared plates and deep conversations. Collaboration 2019, Out to the Meadow 2021, and our soon-to-be-released Negroamaro Rosato NV No. 2 were joined by a Mediterranean-inspired fare to bid adieu to the final, fleeting moments of summer—and all the delicious produce it has to offer. Below, indulge in a visual recap of the event before marking your calendars for the next one. At the very least, use it as a jumping off point for hosting your own gathering.
