How do you celebrate over two years of collaboration? By hosting a long lunch, of course! We gathered with some of our Bay Area community right here in Sebastopol, CA to celebrate the launch of the Rosé Natural Wine Vinegar, made in collaboration with Pineapple Collaborative.
Our wine spent over 18 months in barrel in the Little Apple Treats Sebastopol cellar turning into a zippy and fragrant natural wine vinegar. We waited month after patient month for this vinegar to mature, and we're finally ready to introduce this bottle to summer salads, shrubs, and more. The lunch was hosted by local Sebastopol chef and herbalist The Kosmic Kitchen, and featured recipes developed around The Natural Wine Vinegar. The dishes paired beautifully with Vermentino, Nero d'Avola Rosato, and Nero d'Avola.
